As the award was presented to Anatra, Chef McKeon said, “Eileen Anatra has worked for Coordinated Services Management Company, the management company for Friendship Terrace, for eighteen years, the past five years directing operations at Seabury at Friendship Terrace in Northwest D.C.”
McKeon said Anatra was exceptional in working with her staff to make sure the community’s residents were well taken care of, citing that as administrator she always shared all regulations, budgets and reports that reflected on departments, with discussions and improvements made in a timely manner while always giving support and encouragement to her staff and management team.
