Children watch with excitement as Safari Bingo displays her dog’s dancing skills at Burke Centre Library during the summer reading event in June 2013. The library was scheduled to be one of two libraries tested with a reorganization plan on Sept. 1. That plan has been put on hold after criticism from library volunteers, staff and patrons.
